Elmer patchwork wax crayon drawing

Dylan choose an Elmer book from the library as he recognised it from preschool . So I printed off this template to encourage control in his colouring. I asked him to colour each square in a different colour and truly not to go over the lines.

He doesn't push hard on the crayons so the colour is faint. I might get him to do it again with feltips.

I was impressed how much he concentrated on this task.

Tally how many red and blue. Etc

Fine motor skill practice

Encourages concentration.
